I think if there is anything that you should do every day is just to sit back, relax put on your favourite incense and take a moment to pause, stop and restart totally refreshed and ready to go.

Information wise the stick will burn for a good 35 minutes, had two on yesterday! It is not at all heavy when smoking and drifts to rooms in ample time with a lasting fragrance. 

Hand rolled incense sticks that will burn for approx. 30 minutes with approx. 12 incense sticks per 15 gm packet.
