SHIPPING POLICY

RETAIL ORDERS
Delivery is FREE for all retail orders with in the UK
We use Royal Mail for a majority of our orders, when the order is above a certain weight we will use Parcel Force, DPD or DHL to deliver your parcel these will usually take 2 days from dispatch and may require a signature. We will use the address supplied so if the parcel is too large for your post box please ensure that someone is available to receive your parcel.

We aim to dispatch your order on the same day (excluding weekends) or the next working day if orders are received after 2 pm. However, at busy times (ie Christmas) please allow longer for delivery.                                                            *** Please note due to Royal Mail sorting office opening times with Covid 19 there may be a delay of 24 hours before dispatch***                                     ***There may be some delays in delivery with Royal Mail so please be patient as some orders may take longer to arrive than normal***
If you require your order urgently, timed & weekend deliveries can be arranged. Please contact us on 07710802786 or email us on jane@dmrls.co.uk if this is something you require and we will try our upmost to make this happen for you.

CLICK & COLLECT
You can collect your order from our warehouse in Eastwood, Essex. Simply put a note in the additional information and choose Click & Collect from the drop down postage list to insure £0.00 postage cost. We will prepare your order so it is ready to collect within 2 working days and will contact you to arrange a convenient collection time.

LOCAL DELIVERY                                                                                                   We are now making Local deliveries, please check the delivery options in the drop down menu when you add your post code at checkout and select Local delivery if you would like us to deliver to your door.

OVERSEAS PURCHASES                                                                                    We only dispatch within the UK at present.

EMAIL CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped we will send a confirmation email letting you know it has been dispatched, if it has a tracking number this will be added.
